## What RadAd is
RadAd is an AI ad factory and AI-spokesperson engine: record once, and it
produces finished video ads in your own face and voice from a plain-language
brief. What makes it different is the consent gate in code: generation is
refused unless the person whose face and voice are used has verified identity
and signed a release. In early access that means self-clone only — you can
put words in YOUR OWN mouth, nobody else's.

## The Never List, machine-readable
RadAd publishes "the list of faces it won't wear" as a machine-readable file
at /reality.txt, generated from the same constants as the human page at
/the-line — the page and the machine file cannot drift, and every Disallow
line carries the real firewall reason code the gate actually returns.

## Honest status
EARLY ACCESS — not generally available. A tool, not a guarantee; never
"deepfake-proof" or "fraud-proof". No unlicensed celebrity or third-party
likeness, ever — that is the product thesis, not a roadmap item. Part of the
